MissyCheerio: Love Keeps You Warm.

I hate goodbyes. I’m done packing but if I had a choice, I would pack my entire family and dog along in my suitcase. Life is never the same without your family around. Ivan commented about how I should have gotten used to it by now after one year of living abroad, but I just can’t. Although I know that I wouldn’t have the time to dwell in homesickness with the amount of workload. Well whatever it is, the next two years is gonna be awesome. Shall treat it as a stepping stone for my career, and push forward. Dad seems pretty at ease and comfortable with me leaving although he has a capital letter W for worried written all over his forehead. I know I’ll be fine, and remember my purpose.

It’s scary sometimes. Try waking up middle of the night wishing that your parents are just next door. I like waking up to my mum’s morning smile because she’s just like me; we wake up looking happy everyday! I’ve learned how to make mum’s butter milk chicken and would probably give that a try this weekend. I wish I was a little more like my mum. I wish I was a little wiser and she’s the amazing woman I’ve ever met. You can never give away kindness because it will always find its way back to you. I remind myself that everyday. It’s okay if people don’t appreciate the things you do, and you shouldn’t expect something in return after a good deed; you’ll be amazed with how things happen when you least expect them to.

I would trade my life for him. It’s worth it. He was my best buddy since I was 16 years old and will always be my number one. Lately I’ve been doing house chores, lots of it and he’s my best companion when I’m at it. Mum likes to hang the clothes and let it dry under the sun, so I usually help out with the hanging process after taking ‘em out of the washing machine. I’ll chuck Brownthepom on the table right next to the washer, and tease him to kill my boredom. I don’t know if you get what I’m saying, but I know he genuinely enjoys being next to me and it’s that constant love & affection that bonds us together.

Rottweilers as best buds. Dragging me towards these two huge rottweilers is almost an evening walk routine. What were you whispering to him Brownie?

I’m back being a red head. My hair is a little shorter now, did rebonding and it’s not red on top with purple at the bottom. Gonna go drown my hair with serum when I get back to Aussie because I really like how it looks & feels now.
