Yesterday was the 3rd DIB Sing-Along-Night, which saw Jian singing Somewhere Over The Rainbow in sign language. This time around, Nicholas Sta Maria the volunteer guitarist sang it with his vocals as he played the music while Jian sang the song in sign.
There was a small hiccup though. There appears to be many versions of this song from the Wizard of Oz. Our guitarist wasn’t following the prepared music sheet so Jian was lost at some point. But no matter. It is the effort that counts, right? 
As for me, I sang ‘I Dream a Dream’ from Les Miserables. My voice didn’t slur much this time as compared to previous weeks and I could sing the song accurately even though I couldn’t hear myself. BUT, my camera ran out of space while Jian was recording it! 
Oh well, I’ll sing this song again sometime, someday and share the video with you here.
